Designing with Empathy,
Built on Experience and Pixel Precision
for Real-World Problems
As Senior Product Designer with a focus on clean interfaces, clear flows, and just the right amount of pixel perfection. I started my creative journey in an ad agency, learning the magic of layout, storytelling, and visual hierarchy. Around the same time, I was diving into computers, and let’s just say, it was a connection that clicked instantly.
Fast-forward to now: I’ve designed everything from old-school Flash animations to cutting-edge mobile experiences. Along the way, I’ve led UX and product design at companies like Nokia, Verizon, and Citi shaping products that balance technology with empathy. For me, great design isn’t just about how it looks; it’s about how clearly it communicates and how effortlessly it works.
I believe in Steve Jobs' idea of “connecting the dots looking backward.” Every part of my path, even the offbeat ones led me here: building thoughtful, intuitive experiences for real people.
Over the last three years at Citi, I’ve grown from Senior UX Designer into a Lead Designer and Associate Creative Director. I’ve contributed to key initiatives in retail servicing and partner experiences — including servicing and acquisition flows. It’s been a space to not only design smarter solutions at scale but also develop stronger leadership and team collaboration skills within a large, global organization.
As a UX and Product Designer, I sought to deepen my understanding of AI’s role in user experience. My Postgraduate program in Machine Learning and AI (PGMIAI) empowered me to explore Human-Centered AI Design, blending technology with design thinking.
Blending UX with AI: A Transformative Learning Experience
Through my AI studies, I realized that the true power of AI lies not just in automation or efficiency but in how it can enhance human interaction with technology. I began exploring:
- AI-driven personalization for adaptive and intuitive UX.
- Conversational AI & NLP to improve chatbot interactions.
- Predictive analytics to support better design decisions.
- Computer vision for innovative user interfaces.
This journey helped me connect technology with design and think critically about AI’s role in UX while preserving usability, trust, and ethics.
AI-Driven Solutions & New Use Cases
After completing my postgraduate studies, I became more confident in integrating AI within product design. I now actively think about AI-driven solutions that enhance experiences, not complicate them:
- Identifying AI use cases that offer real value to users.
- Designing simple, human-centered AI interactions.
- Ensuring all AI features are transparent, ethical, and explainable.
Human-Centered AI: The Future of UX
This learning experience transformed my product design approach. I now view AI as more than just a tool—it’s a collaborator in creating intelligent, seamless, and ethical user experiences.
I continue to explore:
- New AI applications in product design.
- Balancing AI innovation with human needs.
- Pushing boundaries while maintaining trust and usability.
